standard deviation from LMFIT

I made various fitting routines using LMFIT for the equation which has
one fitted parameter. In this case estimated standard deviation from
LMFIT is order of magnitude higher than what I get from other programs.
This problem shows up for different equations with one fitted
parameters.
Does anybody have same problem?
