One way is to use FSC_Window to display your graphics.
Each window can have an independent color table and color
table changing tool.

But your question is so general and ambiguous that
it is really hard to know exactly how to answer beyond
that. There must literally be hundreds of ways to
apply colors to draw widgets. :-)
