Method: Preheat oven to 400F. Toss squash with oil, butter and lemon juice. Arrange in a single layer and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Use two pans if necessary. Cut into wedges if desired. At this point, pan can be set aside for up to 4 hours and reheated at 400F for about 10 min. Adjust seasoning and sprinkle with optional rosemary. |
